Class: Lowcountry Bird ID - Not Just Feathers!

Bird ID is about so much more than feathers! Learn how to quickly ID our local birds using additional cues–including size and shape, bills and legs, habitat, vocalization, behavior and time of year. Instructor is Hilton Head Audubon President, Kay Grinnell.

Class includes a field trip on Saturday November 15th 9:30am -11:30am led by Jim Asmuth. Location TBD. Our field trip will focus on finding migrating birds who use Hilton Head as a stop-over during their flight.

Tickets are $32.00; nonmembers are $49.00. Limited to 20 people.
